01. The order

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER WRONG INFORMATION?

If you have provided incorrect information such as address, email address, telephone number, etc, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so they can manage to change your information prior to sending out your order. Unfortunately, if this information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out, as a customer, you’re responsible for the additional costs that may occur.

CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please call us immediately. However, we can’t guarantee that we’ll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers’ way quickly. If you placed your order during the weekend or after business hours, please send us an email. 

02. Shipment

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING FOR POSTERS USUALLY TAKE?

We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it. Posters are delivered in 3-6 working days worldwide, after your order is confirmed.

WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?

We print global and therefore ship local. 

WILL I RECEIVE EVERYTHING IN ONE PACKAGE?

You will receive your entire order in one package. Our standard packaging is tube format in sturdy packaging protecting the poster.

03. Quality

WHAT QUALITY OF PRINTS CAN I EXPECT?

All prints are printed on museum-quality made on premium matte paper weight 200 gsm / 80 lb.

DO YOU DESIGN EVERYTHING YOURSELF?

Yes, we design all the prints ourselves in Adobe Illustrator locally in Como City.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Did your order come out different than expected? We offer a free return service 14 days after delivery. Please send us a return request including your order number to hello@lakecomoposter.com and we can handle your return from there.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED? WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@lakecomoposter.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you by sending a new print or issue a refund.
